HOUSE OF IVORY – DIGITAL REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL NATURE OF THE PRODUCT

All products at House of Ivory are digital assets delivered instantly via download links. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital content, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange once the download link has been sent or the files have been accessed.

2. TECHNICAL ISSUES & CORRUPTED FILES

We take pride in the quality of our high-resolution masterpieces. If you encounter any technical difficulty (e.g., unable to open a file, corrupted download, or incorrect file size), please contact us at literaskript@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Our team will verify the issue and provide a replacement link or a corrected file immediately.

3. ACCIDENTAL DUPLICATE PURCHASES

In the event that you accidentally purchase the same item twice in two separate transactions, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase, provided that the download links for the second transaction have NOT been accessed. We monitor download logs to verify this information.

4. EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMER RIGHTS

According to EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the performance has begun (i.e., when the download link is provided and accessed). By purchasing from House of Ivory, you provide your express consent to waive this right of withdrawal for instant digital downloads.

5. UNAUTHORIZED USE & FRAUD

Any attempt to claim a refund after successfully downloading the artwork will be considered a violation of our terms. House of Ivory reserves the right to use download tracking logs as evidence in any payment disputes or Chargeback claims.
