This website is operated by "House of Ivory''. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to House of Ivory. By visiting our site and purchasing digital art from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY

House of Ivory specializes in high-resolution digital art files. No physical products will be shipped. Upon successful payment via our authorized payment processor (2Checkout/Verifone), you will receive instant access to download your files.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERSONAL USE LICENSE

All artworks, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of House of Ivory.

Permitted Use: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print the artwork for personal use only (home decor, gifts).

Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload these digital files to any public website, “print-on-demand” service, or commercial platform. Modification of the artwork for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed securely through 2Checkout. House of Ivory does not store your credit card information.

5. REFUND POLICY

As specified in our Refund Policy, due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you waive your right to a refund once the digital files have been accessed or downloaded.

6. ACCURACY OF COLORS & PRINT QUALITY

We ensure our files are 300 DPI high-resolution masterpieces. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and printer calibrations. House of Ivory is not responsible for the final print quality resulting from third-party printing services or home printers.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
